Returns & Exchanges

At Cartolina, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
